College of Arms

The College of Arms is the sole and principal heraldic authority of Cycoldia. It is responsible for all heraldic works and maintenance in Cycoldia. It as well has certified foreign noble houses in the past such as the House Von Gerichten via Royal Warrant. It works directly under the authority of the Crown of Cycoldia, and is led by the President of the College of Arms. The Presidency of the College of Arms is presently vacant.

The College of Arms was founded by Christina I & II with the first President being William Wilson, though the office later changed hands several times.
